If you have a relatively new Garmin GPS (if it has Trip Planner in the Apps) please bring it. I can load the drive map prior to the drive to give turn by turn instructions. No maps will be sent before hand.

 

Just thought i'd put this out there. Yesterday, i came across this small tinting and detailing shop just behind All About Imports, place where we had a nice meet towards the end of the season last year. Was talking to the guys (really nice people), and they said they can arrange for us to do meets there whenever we want. If we project a decent turnout, he can bring in djs, make sure the parking lot is clear for us, bring in chicks in bikinis to do car washes for us, and the list goes on. If anyone is interested in this, i can call the guys and have something setup.

The boring admin stuff on morning of the drive:
- Pre-emtive talk on safety and following all traffic rules and regulations. Excercise Responsible judgement
- A quick walk through of maps and direction at start point
- All drives usually start ON TIME. So show up 15-30 mins before start time
- Some spirited fun in between when safe (each driver is responsible for their actions)
- The map will have some addresses or weypoints so that if you get lost, those points will stir you back. This is usually found on the first page
- Fill up with gas prior to every drive
- Suggest to bring a GPS (if you have a newer Garmin GPS with Trip Planner I can load the route on your GPS)
- Please excercise responsible driving as this is a cruise and not a race. Pass when it is safe.
- Please let me know if anyone in the group does burn outs, fishtails, drifting, driving on the shoulder. This should be left on the track or autocross event which I would gladly organize at another venue.
- if my wife drives it will be a little slower (don't laugh pls)
