Audi Downtown Toronto...WOW!
Hi Guys,
Has anyone had the pleasure of checking out Audi Canada's new flagship dealer, Audi Downtown Toronto? It's huge and has amazing hot chocolate! Two great reasons to check it out.
In all seriousness, if you're an Audi enthusiast it's worth popping in.
Be sure to say hello when you do...

Re: Audi Downtown Toronto...WOW!
I dropped in several months ago to purchase my Audi A4.
Some feedback to sales reps.
Regardless if a person "looks" interested in purchasing a vehicle, they should still be welcomed with open arms. I walked in with my girlfriend and walked around the venue. No one approached us.
I decided to take a seat inside an A4. Still no salesman. Finally I spoke to one gentleman who sneezed into his hands and then offered to shake mine. I asked him for pricing info of which the conversation lasted no more than 5 min. We were out the door.
Several weeks later, visited Audi Uptown in Markham. They greeted us with smiles and when asked if we wanted more info about the car we said yes. Even though I had researched all the technology included in the A4, I was walked around the vehicle, taken inside and shown all the toys. I was pleasantly surprised at how much attention the rep was paying to what I had to say and never did I feel like he was only doing this to sell me the car.
By no means am I saying Audi Downtown Toronto is a terrible place to shop. In fact, it's one of the most well laid out dealerships I've been to. However first impressions go a LONG way especially when you are spending almost $50k.
Maybe had I met you, the experience would be different.
Oh, and Audi Uptown also has hot chocolate

Hello OH9EH4,
You do raise some valid points. Something we try to emphasize at Audi Downtown Toronto is not to apply pressure to people, but to provide an informative and pleasurable experience. By chance, was it a Saturday you were in? If so, it can be extremely busy and unfortunately there aren't enough staff to accommodate the crowd. I do understand the impact a first impression has and I can confidently say that I would consider your sitation an isolated incident.
If you decide to give it another shot, our would even like to pop in to test my response, I would highly encourage it! If so, it would be a pleasure meeting you...Stop by for some good conversation!
Take care

Re: Audi Downtown Toronto...WOW!
I totally agree. Glad to have met you!
Now lets get down to business. .
Can you help identify why my 2009 A4 with 9000K on it has a very light interior vibration when I'm idling (i.e. at a stop light). I noticed it several weeks ago. It's nothing major but when I shift the car into neutral as I wait for the light to turn green, it's as though my car is flying space (so quiet).
Also, In a previous post I asked the folks here about some water spots (or what I think are water spots) have embedded themselves on my hood. 2 light grey stains and some drip stains on my bumper. Wont come off with soap or clay bar. I purchased the exterior paint protection and the dealer claimed nothing would stick... How can this be repaired?
Hope you can help my friend. Talk soon.
