Over the past 9 months I used everything and had one problem ... my EZ wheel brush broke. I used it probably 10-12 times, so I thought that was a bit disappointing. Whatever, it was $20 so no biggie.
Recently I placed an order with e-shine and used our forum discount. I bought a bunch of stuff, including a couple of other brand wheel brushes to try them out. I wrote a small note saying 'my EZ wheel brush broke after about 9 months. Anything we can do?'. I was hoping for maybe an explanation on how to contact the manufacturer. Anyway, I sent the web order, and that was it. Didn't hear from e-shine directly, but I did get a couple of update emails on the order status. Great setup they have.
A couple of days later the package arrived and I eagerly pulled out my 1Z einszett bug and tar remover, as well as Sonax wheel cleaner (it was on sale remarkably...best stuff on earth) and the new wheel brushes. To my surprise, there was also a brand new EZ wheel brush in there! They sent me a replacement for my trouble.
I'm not sure about you, but this blew me away. It wasn't such a big financial commitment from them...heck it probably only costs them a few bucks for one of these, and I've spent $500 with them over the past year, but I really appreciated it. I just wanted the forum to know that e-shine are legitimately good folks who know how to do business. No wonder they had to move to a bigger spot!
