Hi All

I couldn't find a solution in the forums already, so throwing this question out there.
I have recently purchased a 2008 S8, and it has a warning on the dash on start- Adaptive Headlight Defective. I got new ballast and new bulbs, installed them, but my high beam only comes on on the right side of the car. Same as before. My "adaptive" bulbs come on to illuminate corners as advertised before and after the ballast and bulb replacement. Dealer says I need a whole new headlight unit, but there must be a cheaper solution. Any Ideas?
