A8 no start , no ignition

A8 no start , no ignition
2002 Audi A8 car has no ignition lights and will not start, I cannot find the ignition fuse all other fuses good under the hood, drivers side, passenger side fuses good, trunk fuses both sides good. Where is the ignition fuse located. Key will not come out of the ignition also. Door locks work. Thank you.
