Default Activate XM radio, Trip computer, and Bluetooth

also posted in the A3 threads

This is a question that I saw asked on another forum, but no one has come up with an answer.. hopefully someone here knows..

Is there a way to activate (all or one of) the trip computer, bluetooth, and XM radio on the '06 A3 ? (I didn't get any of those packages as they were unnecessarily expensive)
I imagine this wouldn't be so hard since the functionality is built it (esp. the trip computer) and I'd think it's just a matter of fiddling with a fuse or setting a bit in the internal computer...

Thanks in advance,

Wouldn't that be illegal? In answer to your question, there is no way for you to activate them without a membership or paying for them. Also, you might end up wrecking your car trying to activate them.

What membership do you need to use a trip computer (or bluetooth for that matter)?

I am not sure about the trip computer but the car is missing hardware for bluetooth and satellite radio to work.
