I have had this happen a couple of times when you turn the care on the radio turns on but only has the backlight glow & none of the controls work.

The best way I have found to resolve is to pull the fuse for the radio. Which resets the radio and clears the error. Only problem is that I loose all my presets.

Does anyone have a better method to clear the malfunction without loosing your presets?
