New B5 S4 Owner
Just like to say hi to everyone and hopefully get some advice on where to go from here. Recently purchased a Silver 2000 Audi S4 with 121k miles. Complete maintenance records and very well taken care of. Also came with a few mods, GIAC X ECU, K&N Air Filter, Piggie Downpipes, Neuspeed G2 Exhaust, H&R Sport Coilovers, Tanoga ShortShifter, A.W.E. Drivetrain Stabilizer Bar, & Phatnoise Digital Car Audio System. Plus a set of Dunlop Wintersport M3 Winter Tires. Got it all for 5k (not bad eh?). Now I don't know what the next step is...any ideas what to do other than the obvious stage 3 (farther down the road). Thanks for your input.

You basically stole that car from the guy...just enjoy it and save a little cash for maintenace. Expect to do Timing belt and all associated hardware/ control arm kit (frt) and bushings and toe links (rear) as well as rear bearings (they typically go every 70-80 thousand km). Oh, keep an eye on the rear diff bushings and seals. If you get a thumping from the rear on occasion, it's the diff hanger bushings. Cheap and easy to replace, as well as the rear diff seal.
034 motorsports has a great front control arm kit and all the bushings.
Keep about $2k aside for all afforementionned parts if you're doing the work yourself.
Good place for the rear bearings is autopartsway.ca ...the rear bearings are listed as rouville, but they sent me *** (oem) bearings.
Enjoy the car. They're great fun...even though they're mostly a love/hate relationship

Welcome to the forum!
$5K is an absolute steal, even if it needs some work. And it came with a pretty decent mod setup! Are you sure there's nothing major wrong with it? Turbos on their way out maybe? Not trying to be a downer - just don't want to see you get screwed if your engine is about to eat a compressor wheel or something

She's a beauty! Congrats! About the only things I can think of for mods without going stage 3, is water/meth injection, and a darintake mod.. Unless you want to get a stringer tune than your giac x.... Man, you really got a great starting setup there though!
