Default Green valve with arrows on fuel rails

Hey guys, as you may have read i'm ripping everything apart on my motor.
I thought i would see if the green valves plummed off the fuel rail are actually 1 way valves, like the arrow's would suggest. There are 2 on the fuel rail, one leads to the f hose, the other just bridges other plumbing.

Can anyone confirm that they are 1 way valves? because the one i tested IS NOT

Thanks

Cheers

Yes they are one way valves. They are not part of the fuel rail delivery system per se. They are part of the EGR system. You may trap EGR related DTC's and at minimum EGR system will not be working properly with a leaking green valve.
