Which is better for the money? I have heard that many prefer the RS over the S only for looks alone, but Im not really in agreement with that. Im thinking more bang for less price if I can.

 

If you're worried about money, the S is obviously better because of less frequent timing belt changes and less to worry about in terms of performance maintenence.

Many prepare the RS for the performance and not for the look, that would be my first thought.

If you're buying used, beware and make sure the car has service records/has been taken care of. The look of an RS can be achieved via aftermarket upgrades.
