they should, but then again who knows. Maybe an Audi specific shop. you can even DIY
euroaddiction.net has a great DIY for it. It's the premier site for the B6/7 S4 with about 600 regular B6/7 S4 members.
Or you could buy 'piggies' from VAST or JHM...and swap your stock downpipes for their piggied downpipes. I think they charge $450?

Agree with SAK that VAST or JHM are the foremost experts on the S4. I am traveling down to NJ in two weeks to have the precats gutted and will be taking plenty of pics to hopefully post up a DIY on our forum.
