I am not sure what the size is for stock S4 wheels, you should check with the dealership. The offset of these wheels are 45.

Thanks for letting me know, so the S4 B7 is totally different from a regular B7 a4 then, if these rims are perfect for a B7 S4.

stock B6/7 S4 = 18x8.0 ET43 or ET45.
These are 18x8.5 ET45.
That means these sit about 6mm more flush than stock...but that's still not ideal.
These are perfect for an A3 or maybe an A6. On a B6 or B7, they'd need 10mm front and 15mm rear spacers to look nice and flush. If you're a stickler for flushness etc. If you like the stock stance, these would be just great on a B6/7. They look awesome on a B6...really straight edged and angular like the B6.
