I am not sure if I am allowed to do this and please don't ban me if it isn't, but as the title refers I am selling BRAND NEW (in fact, still shipping to my house) OBX Catback Exhaust for M/T.

The reason I am selling it is embarassing but I am man enough to owe up to my mistake. I'm new at buying parts and modifying my car, and I accidentally bought a M/T exhaust when my car is A/T... yes, its embarassing.

Anyways, if anyone is interested in buying... I am selling it for $500CAD. I paid around $565 for it... you can search it on Ebay.

I am near Toronto GTA area. Please post in this thread if anyone is interested, gladly appreciate it and will save me $400 for shipping it back and buying another.

Why not contact the seller and see if they are willing to trade for the AT? Seems like a waist of money taking a loss on a BNIB item.

Yeah, I was really excited and patiently waiting for my new exhaust. Went back to their ebay page and discovered I ordered the wrong one, practically made my heart drop to my stomach.

I contacted the seller already... but I'm 90% sure that it they will not trade for the AT since the item is already halfway to my house. They specifically said that ANY returns/exhanges are subjected to a 25% repacking fee and buyer pays for return shipping

 

That sucks. I'm sure everyone on this forum has done something like this. Good luck with the sale.

if no sale try a muffler shop, maybe all isn't lost.

 

lol you dont need to return it. The only difference beteeen the manual and the auto version is that with the manual you get the extra pipi g which replaces the downpipe. Take off your exhaust from the far end of the downpipe and the rest of that exhaust will fit like a glove.

 

If that's the case I may be interested in it
