I recently aquired a 1993 Audi 100 CS QUATTRO for basically free. Its been sitting awhile (2 years) but has been started and driven intermittently. Hooked up to fresh battery dash lights would come on but a single click would come from somewhere near the gearbox? And engine wont turn over at all, we then took it off the trailer and rolled it about 15 feet and tried it again and it turned over but wouldnt start? Then without moving the car it started the clicking thing again? Getting fuel, fuel pump works, fuses good, new filter, getting spark, Maybe bad cam positioning sensor when turning over?
