so i needed a new battery for my B5, and there was a nice old man on Kijiji who had Audi misdiagnose an electrical problem in his A6 as a battery problem, so he had a spare.

Told me if there were any problems to give him a shout. low and behold, when i get home and try to install, the battery does not fit at all (as i should have known, since this is the monster trunk mount battery for a C8 A6.

since then, he hasnt answered any phone calls or emails. nice guy, real impressed.

so..... i went and got the proper battery from my mechanic, and now have this in my garage.

who needs a new battery?!
