On my search for wheels for my RS6 I bought a set of 19" RS4/RS6/S8 9 Spoke Hartman reps without checking the width. Turns out they are only 8", I need 8.5" to fit 265s.

Three of the wheels are mint, 1 has a few paint chips on the outer edge.
Specs:
19x8 ET35
5x100 / 5x112
Proper OEM center caps.
Made In Italy (Hartman Reps)
Michelin Pilot Sport 235/35R19 with 50% tread left.

I'd like to recover some of my money from this goof, so I'll let them go for $500.

I'll post pictures of the wheels/tires this weekend, for now here is a stock photo.

I bought these wheels, and 3 of 4 were bent/warped...

Found out after I had spent $500 having them stripped, blasted, & powdercoated satin black.

There's no way he didn't know they were ***'d, he claimed (in person) he had them on his car...

So let me get this straight.

You called me saying you'd take the wheels for my asking price of 500 dollars, I just had to wait until you got paid. I deliver the wheels from Airdrie to your door in the far south, after I drive all the way you say that you'd give me 460 because 2 of the center cap circlips are missing.

I showed you the one wheel had some paint chips, and the one wheel had been repaired (not by me). Both of which you knew about before I delivered the wheels, and still agree'd to the price.

I told you I bolted the wheels on my car and drove around the block to see how they looked on the car, and that I never really drove on them as the tires were too small/not rated for my car. The guy I bought them off said they bad wheel was repaired (you saw repair work blem on the top edge).

In talking you say your going to plastic dip them black, because your girlfriend has curbed the painted stocks wheels you have on the car now. So it will be easy to fix then she does it again.

Just before I left, you asked me "what if one of the wheels is bent?", I told you to put them on the car try them out, and if something wasn't right to call me and we would sort it out.

Later that day I saw you out and texted you that you didn't put the wheels on. You said you just got the dip and were going to spray them and get them on.


NOW... 1.5 months later after you didn't text, call, PM me you post here saying I knew that wheels were bent. Really?

Why didn't you put them on the car like you said you were, or even have them balanced before you spent money having them powder coated? How am I to know you didn't bend the wheel yourself?

I'm a reasonable guy, if you would have called me I would have worked something out with you, like I said I would. Instead you post up this without contacting me, as far as I'm concerned you're on your own.
