My K04 blew on a track day at Portland International Raceway. On one my my lap, I suddenly heard a gentle "pop" noise, then I lost all my boost.
I found the turbine on the hot side broke into two pieces, then strike again each other and punched a little hole through the housing. Lucky the car was still drivable, or else it would be a lot of money to tow the car for 500km from the US back to Canada.
