following a family crisis yesterday, father, paying us an Easter lunch
visit, accidentally locked his keys in the boot of the Merc, I ended up
driving down the motorway in the glorious sunshine............back to his
residence to break in and get the spare set..................yes, break in,
the only set of house keys were also inside the Merc.

even though my mode de transport, is equipped with air con it is still nice
to have a sunroof or window open...............

cruising buy me came an Audi Cabriolet, both occupants wearing the standard,
peeked baseball cap, looking the part..................bloody hell, I must
get one of those........Cabriolet, that is, not peeked
cap...............already got that bit at home.............in fact a bag
full of them, free from various trade shows.............only trouble is will
anyone know Geoff's Engineering Emporium or Impulse..............na it will
have to be a new one of these too.............NY or ****..............yes.

The Cabriolet..............my bro' has one in the form of a Bema 2.8 Series
3 Dark blue with Cream leather and Ash
trim..............wonderful...............we go to the footy occasionally in
it, top down and hats on (NY).......last time we stopped in town only to
receive verbals from local yute............'hey mate, love the mota'
.................yes they'll 'ave the alloys off it in no time...............

so its back home and the day after.............ahhhh, eBay, a good starting
point to see what's about...........punch in Audi Cabriolet.........highest
price first.............to go straight to the 'GOOD'
stuff...............hmmmmmm £35K plus for a 3 to 4 year
old............something nice to go with my bag of hats or the new
one...................what for, I start to think, 2 weeks of sun a year if
we are lucky...............then the rest of the time wondering when will the
rag top give way at the seams and will it hold the rain
out..............will I get full use of my new 'at.

it must have been the sun and the sight of those caps, that affected my
brain........

still I've got the hats should the day arrive when I DO take the plunge into
Cabriolet country.
