can anyone tell me how to remove the glovebox in a 1996 A4 and where this fan motor is located? mine is blowing hot air with the AC running, i know the compressor is fine as it was working ok till i pressed some button on the cc

i have 1996 audi a4 it has a climate control unit which i thought was faulty
as no air blows out of the vents ,i changed the control unit but still dont
have any air blowing all the digital display is working and there are noises
to suggest that its chainging from windscreen to centre or footwell settings
can anyone advise me on what may be the cause great if anyone could help.
