concert radio front speakers on A6 avant
Just fitted a 2nd hand concert radio to my A6,but unable to get sound from
the 2 front speakers,even after adjusting controls.The concert radio is
Bose compatible,would this affect this problem?Anyone have any
ideas,perhaps unit is faulty!!!

Concert came from a vehicle which was so equipped?
The Bose system uses a remote amplifier for all speakers. The standard
install only uses a remote amplifier for the rear speakers.
The Concert H/U should be compatible, but you will need to alter the
settings (might possibly require VAG-COM) to turn the Bose setting off.

you need to change the coding as follows:
You should find that the coding is currently set to something like:
00017 (assuming CD changer and DIS - these will affect the last digit)
For a non-Bose install, the coding should be changed to something like:
00207.
In other words, the third digit should change from 0 -> 2
the fourth digit should change from 1 -> 0
