350k, a '98, whaaaaat?! Oh wow! A third row seat. I'd pay 5K more for that.

A 2002 S4 goes for that $$.

 

Come on now, an 02 S4 that you could find for that would be a peice of crap. This is a very rare car. And it's not your add so please don't hi-jack his thread.

Shop them around. That's the price. 1.5 years ago they were hovering around 15k and were still under warranty. I'm not talking CA prices. I'm talking US prices.
