2008 Audi White A4 S-line Titanium package - $Lease takeover

I have a 2008 Audi White A4 S-line Titanium package for sale, in Other - Québec.
Mileage: 27 000km
Engine Size: 2.0T Stage 2 Unitronic
Lease takeover 600$/month
Hi, I'm currently leasing an 08 A4 2.0T S-line with Titanium package and I want someone to take over the rest of my lease. Here are all the infos that you might need.
-It's a 3 years lease, 25 000 kilos per year, 16 months left on the contract.
-The car has 27 000 kilos, wich is really good for you, actually the car could be at 43 700 kilos by now.
-2008 Audi A4 2.0T Quattro, White, 6 speed
-S-line package and Titanium package
-Right now the car is a little bit modified but I can put it back to stock if asked. The car has a Stage 2 from Unitronic. It has a complete AutoSpeed exhaust with a VMR Test pipe. Also I changed the wheels, they are 19 inches Axis Super-Hiro wheels, black with Red stripe.
-The exhaust and the wheels can come with the car but you'll need to pay extra for it.
-Windows are Limo Tinted in the back and 85% in the front.
-The car will come with Winter tires that are in real good condition.
-OEM S-line summer and winter mats (rubber)
-I gave a Down payment of 4000$ (You take advantage of that)
-There is a multiple deposit of 5580$, You'll need to pay (to me) but at the end of the lease you will get all the money back from Audi.
-We are talking about 600.25$ per month
-Total price for the car is 44 685$
-Buy-back is 25 564$
