Hey,

I recently purchased a used audi that seems to be mechanically sound...

With that being said..

My transmission like to randomly enguage the "fault control" thing as odd times, i will be driving normally and it will turn all
(PRNDS) highlighted and sometimes goes back to normal and sometimes doesn't, is this a big concern or just something as small as tightening a chain or cleaning a sensor?

My passenger side door doesn't work (Door Lock, window, mirror) I was told its a sensor or relay inside the door but thay after i switch out i had to get it re-moded to the car computer

and being a car enthusiast, i do my research when needed... but is there any.. "need to know" or "must have" things i could grab if im ever at an auto wreckers and such?
