Looking to buy a 2002-2003 Audi A4 as a daily
So currently i own a 2006 mazda rx8. Fairly modded and this year i lowered it alot more with stiffer suspension so cant drive it in winter anymore. Ive driven in the past 3 winters no problem. Im looking into getting a winter/daily car.
A car that really stood out to me was the a4. Cause of the AWD and its a nice car overall. My question is im a bit worried about maintenance cost etc. Im a student so im on a budget. I have found a few for roughly $2000 with just over 300,000km. Ive heard of things like timing belt being a common issue. One of the cars ive looked at has had the timing belt done.
How is the a4 on gas as well? Premium ? Any other common issues?
I know i can get a civic which i know will be way more reliable but i love nice cars and i cant see myself driving a civic.
