you would need a test pipe(cat delete pipe) and a down pipe. Both will make your car very loud and are only benificial if you are going to be runnig a BT set up.

itz already too loud. (i got mine installed at IT today)
Didn't like it that much (itz a bit loud)
if you do a tp and dp, I donno, it will be really loud^^

i dont find my magnaflow to be loud at all!! in fact i think its damn quiet! its only loud if i gun it. otherwise it sounds no different then my stock exhaust.

While I was at the hottexhaust.com website I notice Magnaflow's 2000-05 Audi A4 1.8T High Flow Catalytic Converter (Product ID 22960). Newbie questions: What's the benefit of changing from stock? I understand there's some extra power, but how much? Is it as much as putting the Magnaflow catback exhaust?
What's the downside? Will it affect my emission test here in Ontario?

sounds deep and good feels little faster but not much noticeable
downside - if you pud dp, tp, it will get really louder.
i don't think it would affect the emission unless you change cat.
