Audi A4 Engine Shaking and engine light flashing after Car Wash

I took my Audi A4 (2004) for the car wash yesterday, since then engine is shaking and engine light is flashing.
Please advice ?

A flashing check engine light is usually pretty serious. You need someone to pull the code to see what's happening. Either a dealer or mechanic or someone with a vagcom cable. Not knowing anything other than what you've posted I would not drive it until you determine the problem.
