A3 lease/price - (Toronto area)
Hi,
I have been eyeing 2016 A3 Quattro; haven't decided on a particular trim yet.
This would be my 1st Audi.
Need your help with pricing like discount off of MSRP.
TIA

Hi Qain
Welcome.
I would first say for you to go onto the audi.ca site and build the A3 you want. Get an idea as to what the cost would be at full MSRP.
I think it'll be hard for anyone here to help you out if they have no idea as to what trim/options you want.
What area of the GTA are you in? maybe someone can recommend a sales associate. I know I've met a few nice one's as I searched for my A3 e-tron.

Re: A3 lease/price - (Toronto area)
Thanks for your feedback. I am in West GTA (Mississauga).
I configured on audi.ca. Seems to me that most of the basic features I am looking for are available as standard.
This is what I priced:
1.8 TFSI Progressiv S tronic
MSRP -34,700.00 CAD
They are offering up to $1500 off (as first 4 payments).
Thanks

You're going for the fwd 1.8? I thought you initially said you wanted a Quattro? They're both fine cars IMO.
Might be worthwhile to do a carcostcanada quote which usually provides a good discount. The lease offer is something they all will do and is based on MSRP.
I've never been to Oakville or Mississauga Audi so I personally can't name an associate to help you. Maybe someone else here can?

oops... copy/paste error.
A3 Sedan 1.8 TFSI Progressiv S tronic
MSRP -34,700.00 CAD
$1500 off is about 5% off of MSRP.
Do you think there is more wiggle room?

Re: A3 lease/price - (Toronto area)
That's an incentive by Audi Canada and likely not impacting the markup.
I was told that there's room of about 8% to negotiate. My request with Car Cost would've provided me a savings of about $3,800.
If you can get $2k or more off (on top of the offer), I think you'll be good. These are, after all, popular cars right now. It doesn't hurt to try.
Don't be afraid to go to other dealerships. It is your money on the line.

Re: A3 lease/price - (Toronto area)
Glad to help.
Determine what your price points are (monthly payments, total cost, etc) and try to meet that target.
I would suggest getting the Audi Care which will cover your maintenance for 4 yrs.
I'd like to hear how things go. Good luck.
