Audi 1

Hey I could really use some help here. I have a 2009 Audi A3 2.0 L turbo. My daughter was driving and it just shut off. Before doing so she says it sounded like a diesel but its a gas engine. I towed the car home and began to work. I have since changed injectors, cleaned all the carbon out of the intake manifold, changed the plugs and coils, pcv valve, oil and filter, cleaned the mass air flow sensor, cleaned the throttle body, and various other bits of cleaning along the way. While doing all this over the course of a month I had the battery disconnected. I put everything back together and attempted to start and it cranks really fast but wont run. I am getting the following codes now:

P0171
P0300
P0301
P0302
P0303
P0304
P0341
P0506
P12A2

Im not sure where to go with this now, could it be a broken timing chain?? Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
