I had a key programmed on an 01 A6 that would close and open windows remotely. The same as you would experience if you put the key in the driver door.
What is the procedure to program my key to do this?

My Mechanic had this done for me within 5mins through vagcom. I'm sure an audi shop can set it up for you.

 

Find someone with VAG-COM and bribe them.

Vag-Com is a software an a kind of odb2 cable. You can buy it from ross-tech or go to your local audi dealer with the code you want them to put.

I did it on mine and I need to old the lock or unlock button to open or close windows. It close the sun roof but didn't open it.
