Default which vag com?

I want to buy one for my 2003 A6 3.0 Q. I went on their site but want to make sure that I'm getting the right one before I commit to a purchase. Also for those of you who have one is there anything else I should get (accessories) for diagnosing?
BTW the one that I think I need is the HEX-USB+CAN.

That's the one you need if you want the most accessibility to the different components of your car. It will also offer the best compatibility with other Audi/VW cars. It costs more, but in the long run is worth it.
