Got a 01 2.7T 5sp auto few months ago, haven't had a chance to drive it too much because I was away from home.

Now I'm back and looking to start working on it.

First of all I would like to know where you guys get your stuff from, in the GTA.
Anything from DV, chip, piping, and maybe even k04s by spring time.

I'm familiar with 4g63, as I owned a couple of talons over the years.
But now I'm focusing on my A6.

I want to start with downpipe to keep the temp down, and help spool up...reduce lag (not that's there is any compared to a 60 trim that I'm used to)

Also a check engine light is on, and the car feels "slow" to what I expected to be, also getting very poor mileage...suspecting O2 sensor or MAF but got no tools to confirm (if someone can help in the k-w area that would be great)


A chip would be nice, but I don't want to pay for that, end up with bigger turbos and have to pay again to get a new tune done for my new setup..so that I will hold off a little until I see where I go with this.

Any insight, tips, how much to expect to pay for things, and names of shops that I can work with for custom exhaust and pipes to start with.
