New to Audi ( A/C problem )

New to Audi ( A/C problem )
I just bought an A6 2000, so i have a dumb question about the A/C . I don't know my car get an A/C system or not. When i put temp to 18 , there is no cold air out. I don't see A/C button( just ECON and AUTO) . Do anyone has idea ? what I should do If it's not come with A/C system ? how I check my car has air condiotioning but it's just broken ? Thanks alot
