Cig lighter not working

I searched and did not find a topic for this issue.

I have a 01 2.8 A6 and both the front and back Cig Lighter Ports are not working. Any idea on what can be the issue. Thanks.

Try the fuse!

This will sound dumb, but all well. Where are the fuses located on the A6 (C5)? Thanks again.

When you open the driver door there is a panel on the right hand side by the light switch take a screw driver and pry open that paneling it should pop of very easily and the fuse box is in there
