reply might be too late. If I were u, I should have right side valve cover opened to check the timing chain tensioner, the half moon worn out may cause such problem.

Throttle body boot, incorrectly-gapped spark plugs and EGT sensors will throw those misfire codes. Start there....

Not sure about the throttle body boot, but definitely won't be an EGT as the 2.8 30V motor doesn't have any.
