TPMS installed
I had an Orange Electronic TPMS kit installed today and it's great to be able to know the pressures and have it monitored always. I plan to do the same on my winter wheels.
It's a real shame that Audi does not provide or even offer this feature on the Canadian A4.
I have the display module plugged in under the center arm rest compartment. My '09 A4 Avant is now complete.

I bought two kits from Tire Rack for US$158 each including S&H to a US address. I had it installed at a local garage for free (they know me well), but should cost about $100 for 4 tires with balancing.
Well, this TPMS does show the pressure and temperature of each tire on the small display module. The things I like about this kit are, small display module and easy plug in (or can be hard wired). I have the display module in the centre console, it's out of site but I can hear the alarm if there is a problem. If I choose not to monitor my winter wheels, there won't be a constant warning light on the dash.
That's what I'm saying, since we already have the sensors when stock, and the system obviously monitors it through values (no such thing as yes/no on pressure), then it can't be that difficult to add a few lines of code to allow u to see it through the trip computer or MMI. (ie. Oil levels for example).
