My new 2012 A4 premium plus S-Line sedan should be arriving later this week and I was wondering what brand and model of tire they are using with the S-line package. I am presently driving an '08 A4 S-line that came equipped with Pirelli P6 all seasons that I am not impressed with, dry weather traction is average at best and they are close to being at the limit of wear for a lease return after 53,000 kms and no I did not abuse them. I know that the tire brands and models change from year to year just wondering what to expect.

Think the life expectancy of those Pirelli's is right about where you say, guessing you did not run winters separately?

I am seeing a lot of ContiSportContact on our 19" S-lines currently, but also Pirelli PZero's and Dunlop SP Sport Maxx in the mix. Good Luck.

Thanks for the info much appreciated, you are correct in assuming I did not run winters, the Pirelli's did OK in the winter months but I would have expected a little more mileage out of them. I will be going to winters with the new Audi for obvious reasons. Looking forward to the new car and the performance rubber that comes with it.

Yamon, glad you're happy. My Sport Package A4 arrived yesterday, as well with Continentals. 18's in my case, not the 19".

Getting it tinted today, should be driving tomorrow, goooooody!
