Just wanted to know,
I'm looking to purchase a 09' A4 Avant with Sport Pkg, would like to hear from ppl in the GTA what kind of discount off MSRP am I looking at? or if there is any?

The BEST possible deal (if you are eligible) is the supplier purchase program. Certain companies participate in the program as a benefit to their employees. It's similar to the Ford X-plan etc. My employer (a large software company) was included and it basically allowed me to buy the car at near dealers cost and it included free Audi care. It was an incredible deal.

My understanding is that a wide range of companies participate that also includes banks etc. Check with your HR department if you think your company may participate. If so, you will be given a code that you need to use at a special audi website. This allows you to print out a personalized certificate that you bring to your dealer. This along with a pay stub from your company (to verify that you indeed for the participating employer) will get you the special pricing.

 

That's correct.
If you work for a large company, it is possible you're on the list.
You can just walk into any dealer and ask a sale to check if your company is Audi's partner.
I got 6% off MSRP + the free mainenance package.

 

What company do you work for, I could check the list to see if your company is on it.

If not, there are other programs like the fleet assistance program, or the executive allowance program.

Failing that I know of dealers offering as much as 5% off.

 

Executive allowance program? Are you at liberty to explain this any further? I'm pretty sure its the first time i'm hearing of it....

 

It basically the same as a fleet assistance program, but instead of the car being registered in the companys name (ie a fleet vehicle) it can be registered in a personal name.

To qualify the company has to have a FAN (Fleet Assistance Number), or at least 5 cars registered to the company.
