Does anyone know what the residual % on a 48m (lease) for an Audi A4 Avant? I've thought it should be around 44%

But, I went to a dealer on the weekend, and they gave me a quote for Avant Premium with a residual of $18,642 after 48 months (approx 39.5%).

Does this sound right?

What about for a 36M lease? Any idea how it compares to a BMW 328xi Touring?

 

Wow. Is it me or is 39% pretty low? Are the residual values different for the sedan? Does anyone know the residual % for 36 months?

All of these are for 20,000 km/yr

A4 sedan q: 36 - 50%, 48 - 43%
A4 sedan q premium: 36 - 48%, 48 - 41%

A4 avant: 36 - 49%, 48 - 42%
A4 avant premium: 36 - 46%, 48 - 39%

They are not low, they are realistic : )

they used to be higher. my previous gen a4 42 month had a 51% residual

excuse my ignorance...does this mean this is the percentage it costs you to buy the car outright at the end of the lease? Seems quite a bit lower than the going rate for second hand models.

 

For sure it is lower. There's room there for recon, CPO warranty and profit.
