A5 passenger mirror in reverse
Traded my 2008 A4 Avant for a 2011A%. Find that the passenger mirror barely moves when in reverse. The A4 moved enough to see the curb. Also have a 2011 Q5 and it also moves to show the curb. Anyone else have an A5 with the same problem?

Re: A5 passenger mirror in reverse
I just picked up a new B8 A4. Same thing. My 2008 A4 mirror moved down significantly. the 2011, you barely notice it. In fact, if I didn't actually see it move, I wouldn't have known it actually moved.
What I do now when parking in tight spots: I manually move the mirror down.... then press the seat memory, and everything returns back to original location. |
Re: A5 passenger mirror in reverse
The other thing missing: electric folding mirrors (not even an option on my car) :(
