No idea why most of your A4s are so bad on gas but i recently bought a 2007 A4 2.0 Quattro Avant with 62,000km, i am 23 years old and i am not babying the car, just recently filled up with Shell 91 octane.
555km and 58 Liters, thats about 10.5l/100 km with about 50/50 city/hwy

I've been trying to keep a record because I feel that my gas consumption is pretty bad. Can you tell me your gas consumption?
I'm driving about 20% City and 80% highway and I'm very light on the gas pedal always watching my instantaneous consumption and avoid using the A/C and keeping the windows closed.

I live in Downtown, Toronto. i do city and highway half/half and get about 500-550km with a full tank. The indicator shows 680km everytime i fill up but i got a heavy foot.

I can get around 650km on a tank, although thats mostly highway. I regularly drive from Waterloo, Ontario to Markham, Ontario, and on my best run, the trip computer showed an average of 6.4l/100km over the 1.5hr trip (i drive 120-130km/h). I know the trip computer may be optimistic, but no complaints whatsoever about my fuel consumption.

Purchased Jan 2012 at 1,500 km
Currently at 38,000km
Using Road trip app to keep track of fuel and other costs
My average fuel consumption so far (since purchase of the vehicle) 9.49L/100km
When going on road trips to NYC or Quebec City consumption drops to 7.54L/100km.
Winter time when in city conditions goes up to 11.51L/100km
Driving style - fast.
Using Shell V-Power or PetroCanada Ultra 94
