has anyone had the 3M film applied to the hood of their Audi?

I have had the 3M film applied to the hood and seems to do a decent job although the first nick is 2 inches past where the film ends of course.

I have it mine, not too bad though is does have chips/nicks from the rocks. doesn't seem to peel yet. we'll see how it hold up through the winter.
