I've been snooping around the site for over a year now. I have owner an Altima SER and recently Infiniti FX35. Now looking to get into the Germans

Now I have decided to go with 2013 Audi A4 vs BMW 328 Xi

however it seems that I cannot get Standard 2013 A4 with SLine package
is that the case? do I have to move up to Premium to get the SLine package?

Please help

ps. if you have suggestions of a good dealership in the North York/Richmond Hill (GTA) area, let me know. I'm looking to lease the car.

 

S-Line is the highest package available. You definitely need the premium model.

 

I was hoping that Standard Trim can have SLine option on it. All I'm looking for as a 6-speed with sport package and not looking for anything extra and all the extra bells and whistles that come with higher packages.

 

There used to be a standard models with available Sport package but I think that was before S-line came around.

 

It looks like I have to spend an extra $4K to get to spend $3400 on S line package.

Now I wonder if it's worth it. Seems liek most of the features of S line package are for the Tiptronic and not for the manual.

Do you still get an adjustable throttle/suspension/steering with 6-speed?

I guess I need to go visit a local Audi dealership and drive them.

FYI There is an amaizing fully loaded Premium Plus S-Line A5 6sp manual CPO 2012 with 24,000 km for sale in St-Bruno (Niquet). Ibis white with black interior. The price is the same than a new 2013 base A4...

A co-worker was also looking for an A4 when he saw this car... He would have bought it if not for the fact that, in a A5 at 6'4", the driver seat is too far back for the kids in the back

 

I just bought 2011 A4 Sline package from PFAFF Newmarket. Just having some issues with check engine light and front bumper is being repainted.
The purchase experience was good though. I would recommend it.

Same thing with BMWs, they don't really offer M package on the cheaper models... you usually have to get the higher model to get the M package....

 

BTW, did you buy the car yet?? I just picked mine up with black and chesnut brown interior.... for some reason that comes with black headliner even without sport package....

 

I bought a 2010 with sport package a few months back. I think they still make regular model with sport package, unfortunately you don't see too many of them. While I was shopping for a car for 3 months, I only came across 2 of them.
