In these weak economic times, I'm having a tough time paying full list price for an audi. They are saying they're coming off their best year ever. I am going to buy a 2009 A4 or A5 (still undecided), but I'm going to wait for a cash incentive. Please let me know if you hear of any.

I am with you on this one me too I am looking to buy an A4 and I just got a CarCoastCanada report that list the 2009 A4 for $40,320 and the Premium for $43,778. It stated that they have a $2750 rebate for Marketing Allowance/Factory to Dealer Rebate until 5 Feb 09.

 

I read about this on another thread. Is it true? Does it apply to cash purchases?

 

My friend's carcostcanada report stays:

The Marketing Allowance/Factory to Dealer Rebate - $2750.00

The Marketing Allowance/Factory to Dealer Rebate applies to deliveries between January 3, 2009 and February 5, 2009 and can only be applied when wehicle is leased through a source other then Audi Finance standard or special rates. Cash sales and non-Audi Finance retail financing transactions are not eligible.

 

i hear april is the month to buy.. selling out the s-Lines so check that one out

and also they dont charge for shipping/importing or tax

 

I called Audi Canada and went to my dealership. Both know nothing about any incentives or cash back offers.

 

why wouldn't they charge for tax in April?

I learn about the rebate from a lady who works for TransDeals.ca, and afterwards a friend of mine who has a CarCostCanada account check for the 09 Audi A4 and confirm the Rebate until 5 Feb 09. The TransDeals lady (Nicola Henderson) was very helpful but I am not quite ready yet to buy, maybe in a few months so I will keep looking out for those Manufacture Rebates. Hope this help. I can attach the CarCostCanada report if that would help anyone.
