Hello, I'm new to the forum and looking for help in deciding between purchase of a 2009 and 2010 model.

I have been told that the 2010 being the second year of the new design, is a better choice as they worked out some problems and its just a more refined drive, although I couldn't really tell in my one test drive. Any personal experience with both anyone can offer? I know the 2010 has larger tires but are there any other key differences you think are important?

If mileage and options similar, any idea what it is reasonable to pay as a premium for the 2010 over the 2009 model? The 2010 will provide 1 year, 8 months extra factory warranty too. Both will provide CPO on top.

I recently purchased a 2009 and was looking at the 2010 as well . To me there was no great difference that I could tell .They were very similar in options and KMs . To me it came down only to colour as I really wanted a white one and it was a 2009 . Pick the one you like best and you will have no regrets as this is my first Audi and so far I love it .If you can make shure you get the B and O stereo and keyless as to me that makes the car

 

I purchased a used 2010 A4 premium + with the s-line package last August...a really great car, beautiful ride compared to my 2005 A5.
It is Ibis white and it gets a lot of looks.....just love it.

 

LED tail lights weren't offered in 2009, that's something that I really want. It's usually better to get a car further into production. Note that the B8 started in MY2008 in Europe.
