Planned CASH deal (no lease or finance). I am not joking.. it happened that way.

Most of the guys I deal with are in either Markham, R Hill or North York.

i went to uptown audi today to pick up my new car, and argued my *** off to get free audi care with my SPP 7%. Apparently, he went into detail about how they dealership had to maintain 5.5% margins, so then he had to bill me for audi care ($750, even tho it was promised to be free with SPP) because i was already receiving two free finance payments of 720, which put me below the profit margins.

i argued that it is SPP+7%+2 free finance payments, and he said i was wrong that its only SPP+7% if you dont get 2 free payments (or 1 if you lease)

anyway i bitched and he clearly saw i was pissed so he said he would discuss with his manager. but this is complete BS cuz i was promised that i would get SPP+audi care+ 2 free payments and i dont give a **** about his profit margin

afretes, can you clear this up??

I purchased an A3 last night at Audi Uptown. I wasn't planning to purchase it just wanted to test drive it, but I liked the guy I was dealing with. He mentioned I would receive Audi Care right off the bat. I did have to mention the cash incentive being offered before he gave it to me. I was able to knock off some more from the price on top of the 7%, free Audi care, and $1500 finance cash incentive.

I would keep bitching about not receiving free Audi Care.

When did you pick up your car? The two free payments promotion ended in April and it can not be carried over into May. Of the two payments, the dealer pays for one and AC pays for teh other one.
As part of the SPP, you are intitled to get 7% off and Audi Care.
May's promotion is better, $1,500 off on finance, and AC picks up the whole amount.

People that qualify for the Supplier Purchase Program get it for free, not everyone. The Audi Care pkg is $750.
