Hello all.

I am looking to buy some winter tires and hopefully cash in on them being a little cheaper in summer. That said, I only recently got my car. A 2006 a4 quattro with premium package.

At present it has summer tires on the 5 spoke 17inch audi rim.

I am wondering quite specifically what dimensions do I look for in a tire to fit this rim. My plan is to use these as winter rims and buy new summer rims/tires next spring.

Best thing to do is go to tirerack.com and look up your car. It will tell you all the wheel and tire sizes compatible with your car.

 

I have the same 5 spoke 17" rims that I use as my winter rims. I'm running 225.45.17 winter tires.
