A couple of buddies have been telling me to remove the resignator on my 07 A4 2.0. I'm just wondering what's you guys think? Does it produce a nice solid sound or is it sloppy? Also where is it located. I've looked under the car but can't find it.

 

not sure about b7 but usually when you cut the resonator, your car will get louder a bit and you should hear droning in the cabin, if you liek it loud its good if not keep it on. Also nor sure about b7 but rasanator is kind of a choking point on b5, it has a 90 degree bend which is not good. Not sure again about yours
