Default Naudi's Audi ticking louder than usual engine ticking...

TOTALLY A LOVE AND HATE RELATIONSHIP RN WITH AUDI Y'ALL!!!

Ok fr fr, have owned this 06 a4 2.0 officially 8 days now, started with difficulty staying running. It'd take 6 to 8 turns/ cranking before it'd run normal ish, (starting day 2) slight hesitant a few times I was heavy on the gas (I mean, kinda got to gas it some, right?) After all it's an Audi!
But this issue has only occurred once at that point, by day 4 it was still trying to stay running but not run after trying multiple gas and turning over key combinations I tried. Had tow mechanic call saying lost modular computer programming with key and was on security lock mode? Had to have me a new key made for$$$with no lock or any button for that matter, and reprogram my modular thing. Total cost was $900! Then I leave the shop and my car dash alerts flashing oil pressure and I had the window cracked and heard a noticeable ticking the only way I was able to hear it was bc my window was down, but it got considerably louder as I headed home from the $900 fix. I called, and they had the nerve to want me to turn around and drive it back? I'll be damned. I don't want to cause any further problems, I haven't even had this car 2 weeks and I'm scared to drive it now and really don't trust the shop if they let me leave with it sounding like it was. What do I do? I can't afford another grand. Sorry but tbh, I'm not rich by far. The car, a gift... turning less appreciative tho and more annoyed at the extra burden and headache. Fml!
