I've brought back 2 cars in the last 2 years... I've actually found dealing with the US, and brining them back (paperwork, border crossing, taxes and all) less painful than negotiating with dealers here... I always got the sense that the dealer felt they were doing you some kind of favour by selling you their car. The People I've dealt with in the US were far more customer oriented and accomodating.
