Ok thats weird.

I hit 2 hours driving, and when I looked at the computer screen I saw the "2:00 h" flashing on and off.

I immediately switched the screen to show the l/100 km and then went back to the hour screen and the flashing was gone.

Is that normal?

 

Yup - it's Audi's way of reminding you that you have been driving for 2hrs; if you stop and take a break of at least 10-15 mins the timer automatically resets. What you did was invoke the manual override.
